Gordana Mosher

Manager, Accessibility Services & Engagement

As the Manager of Engagement + Communications at Wavefront Centre for Communication Accessibility, I oversee all aspects of the organization’s social media and communications strategies. My work focuses on raising awareness of Wavefront’s mission through impactful media outreach, community engagement, and collaborative partnerships.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked on numerous projects supporting Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities, including initiatives to enhance accessible communication in the transportation sector. As a passionate advocate and mother to two adult children who are Deaf and hard of hearing, I bring a personal commitment to creating a more inclusive and accessible world.

My professional experience spans media relations, event planning, and marketing roles in diverse industries, including the travel sector. In addition to my communications expertise, I am a published cookbook author and a proud volunteer, having served as board chair at my local library and board member with CHHA-Hamilton.

Outside of work, I enjoy baking and experimenting with unique desserts, drawing inspiration from my culinary adventures. I also stay active by playing volleyball and love connecting with others through shared passions. Fluent in Serbian/Croatian and American Sign Language (ASL), I am dedicated to fostering connection and accessibility in every aspect of my work and life.
