Accessibility and Hearing Healthcare in the heart of Vancouver

Wavefront Centre for Communication Accessibility is proud to call Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood our home.

Centrally located and deeply connected to the community, our headquarters brings together accessibility services, hearing care, and communication innovation under one roof.

At this location, we offer a full range of accessibility services—including ASL–English interpreting, captioning, Sign Language translation, plain language adaptation, audio description, and more. We also lead accessibility research, education, and consulting to support barrier-free communication across Canada.

Our onsite Audiology Clinic provides complete hearing care, including hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and support with assistive listening technology. Everything we do is grounded in a commitment to communication equity and client-centered care.

We’re also home to the only Communication Devices Showroom of its kind in Western Canada, featuring a hands-on display of the latest assistive technology for Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing individuals. It’s a place to explore, test, and learn about devices that can make everyday communication more accessible.

Visit us in Mount Pleasant, our Vancouver home for inclusive communication.
