Request an Appointment

Book now to see an audiologist for a full hearing test. A hearing test appointment with our hearing health professionals includes: visual ear exam, health history questionnaire, hearing test, and much more!

    Please fill in the form to make an appointment request. One of our Client Service Coordinators will reach out and confirm the appointment details with you.

    Your initial hearing test at Wavefront Centre takes 90 minutes. Because of the detailed nature of the hearing test appointment, there is a $95 fee which will be collected at your appointment. If it is determined that you would benefit from hearing aids, this fee can be put towards the cost of any new aids that you purchase (within 6 months of the hearing test).

    Unfortunately, we do not accept online hearing test bookings for clients under 18 years of age. Please call our clinics for further information. Alternatively, you may contact your local health authority for pediatric hearing tests.

    For all other appointment requests, please contact our office.

    Wavefront Centre Hearing Clinics employ a diverse team of Audiologists, Hearing Instrument Practitioners, Audiometric Technicians, and Communications Devices Specialists who are your partners in all your hearing health and communication needs. Our Clinicians have specialties ranging from hearing assessments, tinnitus treatment, hearing aid and communication devices that enable you to live without communication barriers.

    “Many Canadians aged 40 to 79 years are unaware that they have hearing loss*. Hearing loss often occurs gradually as part of the aging process. It may also be caused by loud noise, trauma, medications, disease and hereditary factors.

    Your first hearing test is especially important to set a baseline for your hearing health, so that any changes can be tracked over time.

    We recommend that you book a hearing test if:

    • you think you may be experiencing hearing loss;
    • your family and friends have experienced concerns about your hearing;
    • you work in a loud environment; or
    • you have a history of ear infections, surgery, or draining ear(s);
    • you have not had a hearing test in the last 24 months.”

    Our team of Clinicians are multilingual in English, Polish, Mandarin and Cantonese.
