These captions are a speech-to-text service that is created when a captionist instantaneously transcribes spoken words into text using specialized software and equipment. Offline Closed Captioning

Offline Closed Captioning is created through the transcription of the spoken word and the assignment of time codes to those captions so that they are synced to the video
